宋公飞,南京信息工程大学,自动化学院,教授。2014年6 月博士毕业于南京理工大学,先后在香港大学、英国University of Strathclyde访学。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年基金、江苏省青年科学基金等省部级项目。入选2023年江苏高校“青蓝工程”优秀青年骨干教师,2021年获江苏省教育科学研究成果(高校科学技术研究类)二等奖(排名1),2020年获江苏省自动化学会科学技术奖三等奖(排名1),2023年获首届京信息工程大学十大青年科技之星。截至目前,在IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics、SCIENCE CHINA Information Sciences等控制理论权威期刊和会议上,以第一作者发表论文20余篇。担任Franklin Open杂志的副编辑、聊城大学学报编委;江苏省自动化学会青年工作委员会委员;江苏省自动化学会控制理论及应用专业委员会委员。目前主要感兴趣方向是非线性随机系统控制、量化控制、时滞系统等。
报告摘要:
The quantized feedback stabilization problem is investigated for nonlinear hybrid stochastic time-delay systems with discrete-time observation in this talk. A quantized discrete-time observation feedback controller is designed. The designed controller can make the H∞ stability and mean-square sense of the controlled system. Particularly, this note is the first to develop the stability criteria, which is not only related to the duration between two successive observations but also links to time lag of the system. By utilizing the Lyapunov method and inequality scaling techniques, the estimates for the duration and the time delay of the system are gained, respectively. Some case simulations are also provided to testify the proposed method and demonstrate its power.
