报告人简历：杨永祥，男，博士，荷兰代尔夫特理工大学金属生产、精炼与再循环（MPRR）课题组长，信誉好的十大网投特聘教授。在中国、芬兰和荷兰拥有30年的冶金工程领域研究和教育经验，承担荷兰代尔夫特理工大学所有提取冶金和金属回收的教学工作（荷兰唯一）。主要研究方向为高炉和炼铁新技术、从电子废物和其他二次资源回收关键金属的技术创新、以及流体动力学（CFD）模拟计算。主持各类欧盟（FP7和H2020）稀土和关键金属回收项目多项，发表学术论文180余篇。同时也是欧洲矿业和回收创新科学委员会（PROMETIA）委员，武汉科技大学楚天学者教授，挪威科技大学（NTNU）兼职教授。
Yongxiang Yang is groupleader for Metals Production, Refining and Recycling (MPRR) at the Departmentof Materials Science and Engineering, Delft University of Technology (TUDelft). He got BSc. and MSc. in extractive metallurgy at NortheasternUniversity, China (1982, 1988), and obtained Licentiate and Doctor ofTechnology in process metallurgy and materials processing at HelsinkiUniversity of Technology (HUT), Finland (1992, 1996). He has about 30 years ofexperience in metallurgical engineering, research, and education in China,Finland and the Netherlands. His recent activities are focused more on thefundamental studies in blast furnace and new ironmaking technologies, andtechnology innovations in recycling of critical metals from e-waste and othersecondary resources, as well as process modelling through computational fluiddynamics (CFD) simulation. Dr. Yang has been participating in a variety of EUFP7 and H2020 consortia for REE recycling and critical metals recovery. He isresponsible for the education and lectures in the extractive metallurgy andmetal recycling at TU Delft (the only program in the Netherlands) since 2005.Dr. Yang is actively involved in the EIT (KIC) Raw Materials programs andresearch projects. He is a scientific committee member of PROMETIA – MineralProcessing and Extractive Metallurgy for Mining and Recycling InnovationAssociation since 2014. Dr. Yang has published more than 180 papers in refereedinternational journals, international conferences and co-authored bookchapters. Dr. Yang is also a distinguished professor at Anhui University ofTechnology (AHUT), Chutian Scholar professor at Wuhan University of Science andTechnology (WUST), China, and adjunct professor at Norwegian University ofScience and Technology (NTNU), Norway.
